(a) In Randolph County, the county board of education isprohibited from reacquiring the property described in subsection (c) which waspurchased by the North Randolph County Development Association withoutrepayment of the original purchase price of the property along with the costsof any and all improvements to the property.(b) After a period of 10 years the board of educationcannot reacquire the property without the payment of the fair and reasonablemarket value of the property or a price negotiated and agreed upon by theRandolph County Board of Education and the North Randolph County DevelopmentAssociation.(c) The description of the property provided for insubsection (a) is as follows, to-wit:Starting at the Southeast corner of the Southwestone-quarter of Section 13, thence North one degree west along the 1⁄2 section line 100 feet tothe point of beginning of the land to be conveyed, thence South eighty-ninedegrees West 636.5 feet to the East margin of the Pinetuckey Road, thence Northeleven degrees and thirty minutes East along the Pinetuckey Road 172 feet,thence North nineteen degrees and h eighty-ninedegrees West 636.5 feet to the East margin of the Pinetuckey Road, thence Northeleven degrees and thirty minutes East along the Pinetuckey Road 172 feet,thence North nineteen degrees and thirty minutes east along the East margin ofthe Pinetuckey Road 213 feet, thence North eighty-nine degrees East 526 feet to the 1⁄2 section line, thence South one degree East 370.5 feet to the pointof beginning containing 5.0 acres. The above tractof land being a part of the SE 1⁄4 ofthe SW 1⁄4 ofSection 13, T–18, R–10.
