Section 45-56-110 - Election Officials Per Diem Allowance

In Randolph County,election officials who work at polling places are entitledto an additional per diem allowance in an amount as will, together with anyamount paid by the state, make the total paid to the officials thirty dollars($30) for each day they work at the polls. Ifthe amount paid to the officials as compensation or expense allowance by thestate increases in the future, then the amount paid by the county under this sectionshall automatically decreasein a like amount.
