Section 45-56-112 - Establishment of Voting Centers

(a) Pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 17–6–4, theRandolph County Commission may establish voting centers by combining votersfrom two or more precincts in order to create voting centers in order tofacilitate voting or reduce costs for elections and may otherwiseprovide for votingcenters.(b) Any actions taken by the county commission toestablish voting centers in the county prior to August 1, 2023, are validatedand confirmed.(Act 2023–147, §§ 1(b), 1(c), eff.
