§ 45-56-171-02

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, theproceeds from any ad valorem tax distributed to the Randolph Health CareAuthority shall be utilized to fund the pensions of the individuals who areretired from the health care authority on February 23, 2016. The remaining proceeds from the ad valoremtax may be used at the discretion of the authority.(Act 2016–16, p. 34, § 1.)
