Section 45-56-230 - Receipt of Badge and Pistol Upon Retirement

Any person who, at the time of his or her retirement,is employed by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department shall receive, as partof his or her retirement benefits, without cost to him or her, his or her badge and pistol.(Act 90–458, p. 647, § 1.)
