The proceeds from the sale of property at an auctionconducted under the authority of this part, after deducting and paying all expenses incurredin the recovery, storage,maintenance, and sale of property,shall be paid to the officeof the Sheriff of Randolph County and shall be used solely for law enforcement purposes. The receipts andexpenditures of funds shall be audited by the Department of Examiners of PublicAccounts.(Act 2014–2, p. 16, § 7.)
