Section 45-56-232 - Allowances for Feeding Prisoners

In Randolph County,the sheriff in his or her officialcapacity may keep andretain the allowances for feeding prisoners payable by the state, counties, ormunicipalities, and after expending all amounts necessary for the feeding ofprisoners, may expend any excess funds for the maintenance and upkeep of the county jail.
