Section 45-56-50 - Office Abolished

In Randolph County the office of constable shall be abolished, pursuantto Section 36–23–1. All assets,money, property, real or personal, equipment, and supplies belonging to theoffice shall be transferred to the county governing body for use or dispositionas they shall deem proper for the county.(Act 89–748, p. 1516, § 1.)
