The Randolph County Commission may perform maintenanceor repair operations at and to turn around areas for school buses abuttingpublic roads for the purpose of improving safety for the traveling public or tocorrect or prevent maintenance problems to the public roads, or both. The scope and area of the operations shallbe limited to that necessary to correct or prevent the problems to the publicroads.(Act 2001–467, p. 621, § 2.)
