The Judge of Probate of Randolph Countyshall not receivefor record or permit the recording of any instrumentin which the title to real propertyis conveyed,unless the instrument has endorsed on it a printed, typewritten, or stampedstatement, stating the mailing address of the grantee, or contains a statementof the addresses in the body of the instrument.(Act 84–501, p. 1120, § 1.)
