Following the effective installation date, real property instruments, personal property instruments, and other documents andrecords provided herein to be recorded, archived, and retrieved withcomputer-generated files, to be stored and filed on either optical disk, or onpaper, as determined by the county, and shall constitute the official record ofthe instruments for the purpose of Section 12–13–43.(Act 98–592, p. 1299, § 4.)
