§ 45-56-83-64

All laws of Alabama with respect to the recording of real propertyinstruments, personal property instruments, general property instruments,miscellaneous instruments, and other instruments and records that mayconstitute part of an improved recording, archiving, and retrieving systeminstalled hereunder, including, without limitation, Section 12–13–43, and allstatutes respecting the filing and recording of notices or statements of liensof any kind, notices of lis pendens, declarations of claims or exemptions,certificates of judgment, or plats or maps showing subdivisions of real estatethat are not inconsistent with this subpart shall continue in effect withrespect to an improved recording, archiving, and retrieving system installed hereunder, the recording of instruments therein, and the duties of thejudge of probate with respect thereto.(Act 98–592, p. 1299, § 5.)
