§ 45-56-83-67

Effective May 6, 1998, a special transaction fee of twodollars ($2) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate withrespect to every transaction occurring in, or under the jurisdiction of thejudge of probate. This amount shallbe in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected. The additional fee shall be paid into thespecial fund of the judge of probate as created in Section 45–56–83.66.(Act 98–592, p. 1299, § 8.)
