§ 45-56-83-68

Effective May 6, 1998, any and all revenues generated either directlyor indirectly due to the use of or access to the improvedrecording, archiving, and retrieving system shall be paiddirectly into the aforementioned special fund of the judge of probate createdby Section 45–56–83.66. These fundsshall be used at the discretion of the judge of probate.(Act 98–592, p. 1299, § 9.)
