(a) The council, as herein provided, may be financially supported, from time to time, by revenues from whateversource derived as appropriated to the councilby a city governing body, the county commission, or the Legislature.(b) After March 6, 2017, all funds previously distributed to the RandolphCounty Industrial Development Council established pursuantto Act 2001–425
