04Conducting Bingo Games.(a) Each bingo permit shall contain the name and addressof the permit holder, the location at which the permit holder is permitted toconduct bingo, and the day or days of the week on which the permit holder ispermitted to conduct bingo. (b) The bingo permit holder shall display the permitconspicuously at the location where bingo is being conducted at all timesduring the conduct of the games.(Act 96–613, p. 966, § 5.)
