§ 45-57-150-06

06Collected Fees to Be Paid into County Fund.All fees collected by the sheriff under this articleshall be paid into the county fund, and all necessary expenses incurred by thatofficial in the administration and enforcement of this article shall befinanced from that general fund, with the remainder distributed to the seniorcitizens organizations in Russell County.
