15Contraband.Any device, equipment, record, money, or stakes used inany bingo game or operation in violationof this act, may be contraband and may be seized and beforfeited. Property forfeited may besold, destroyed, or retained for official use by the municipal, county, state,or law enforcement agencies, as the circuit court directs following a full dueprocess hearing.
