16Penalties.Any other law providing a penalty or disability on a person who conductsor participates in bingo games, who possesses equipmentused in conducting bingo, whopermits bingo to be conducted on his or her premises, or who does other acts inconnection with bingo, shall not apply to the conduct when done pursuant tothis article or rules adopted under this article.
