20Resolution.This subpart shall be operative in Russell County uponthe adoption of a resolution by the county commission providing for the county to be coveredby this subpart. The resolution may provide additional procedures to implement this subpart not in conflictwith this subpart. (Act 2008–411, p. 809, § 1.)
