21Public Nuisance.A manufactured dwelling, as defined in Section 35–12A–1, or any otherdwelling may be declared a public nuisance pursuant to this subpart if thedwelling is located outside the corporate limits of any municipality and it isdangerous or injurious to the health, safety, or general welfare of theoccupants, the occupants of neighboring structures, or other residents of thecounty because it is either of the following:(1) Abandoned, wrecked, or nonoperative.(2) Unfit and unsafe for human habitation or occupancy.
