24Proposed Removal of the Public Nuisance.(a) At the time stated in the notice, the county commission shall hear andconsider all objections or protests, if any, to the proposed removal of thepublic nuisance. (b) Upon the conclusion of the hearing, the county commission may allow or overrule any or all objections. If the objections are overruled withrespect to the property, or if there are no protests or objections, the countycommission, by resolution, shall declare the property to be a public nuisanceand shall order the abatementof the nuisance by the removal of the nuisance not less than 60 days followingthe final action of the commission.
