25Employee Authorization.(a) All necessary employees and agents of the county are expressly authorized to enter upon private property to carry out this subpart. (b) Any real property owner may have any nuisance removed at his or her ownexpense prior to the arrival of the employees or agents of the county to removethe nuisance. (Act 2008–411, p. 809, § 6.)
