§ 45-57-171

The Russell County Board of Health shall designate theenvironmental services by the Russell County Health Department for which a feemay be levied and shallset the fee to be levied for each service.Any fees to be levied, or increased, pursuant to this sectionshall be subjectto prior approvalby the Russell County Commission. Prior to the approval by the county commission,the county health department shall publish writtennotice for two consecutiveweeks of the levy or increase of fees in a newspaperof general circulation published in the county.The county health department shall levy and collectthe fees authorized by this section. Allfees collected shall be appropriated to the county health department. (Act 96–608, p. 960, § 1.)
