20Creation; Commissioner; Salary and Expense Allowance.There is created a motor vehicle license division under thejurisdiction and supervision of the Russell County Commission. The division shall function under thedirection and administrative supervision of a motor vehicle licensecommissioner who shall be appointed by the county commission and serve at itspleasure. The county commission shallset the commissioner’s salary and expense allowance. (Act 85–345, p. 285, § 1.)
