40Selling and Redeeming Lands for Taxes.The procedure for selling and redeeming lands for taxes in the countyshall be the same as provided in Title 40, as amended, except that all dutiesas are required of and are performed by the judge of probate shall betransferred to and be performed by the revenue commissioner of the county, andthe judge of probate shall berelieved of all such duties.
