03Violations; Misdemeanor; Conviction.Any person, firm, or corporation who violates anyprovision of this part, or the rules and regulations as may be provided by the countycommission, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishedas prescribed by law. Each month the violation continuesshall constitute a separateoffense. (Act 81–473, p. 821, § 4.)
