§ 45-57-260-01

01Boundaries.The jurisdiction of the planning commission shallextend to all areas of the county outside the boundaries of municipalcorporations. Notwithstanding theforegoing, where a municipality exercises planning and zoning powers in any area outside its municipal boundaries, those areas shall be excludedfrom the jurisdiction of the planning commission.
