02Quorum.The planning commission shall elect its chair and create and fill suchother offices as it may determine. Theterm of chair shall be for one year, with eligibility for reelection. The planning commission shall hold atleast one regular meeting each month. Itshall adopt bylaws for the transaction of business and shall keep a recordof its resolutions and transaction of business, whichrecord shall be a public record. Sevenmembers shall constitute a quorum to transact the business of the planningcommission. (Act 95–573, p. 1198, § 3.)
