09Changes to Zoning Regulations Publishing and Notice.Once zoning regulations have become applicable, theyshall not be changed by the planningcommission until the proposed changehas been published for three weeks in a newspaper of general circulation withinthe county together with a noticestating the time and placethat the changein regulations will beconsidered by the planning commission, and stating furtherthat at such timeand place all persons who desire shall have an opportunity to be heard in favorof or in opposition to the change in the zoning regulations.
