§ 45-57-71-01

01Land Description; Assessment.When anyassessment for project costs is made under this part, the chair of the countycommission shall causeto be prepared a list showing the names of the propertyowners so assessed and opposite each name a description of the lot or parcel ofland belonging to the owner assessed for the construction and improvements and the amountassessed against each lot or parcel of land.(Act 2007–336, p. 597, § 2.)
