03Adopting Resolution Approving Assessments.After the completion of the proper entries of eachimprovement, the assessment book shall be delivered to the county commissionfor its consideration and if the commission is satisfied that assessmentshave been properly made, it shall adopt a resolution approving the assessmentsagainst the property owners as set out in the assessment book,finding that approvalof at least three-fourths ofthe property owners has been obtained and directing that the book be deliveredto the revenue commissioner of the county, who shall give notice by publicationonce a week for two successive weeks in some newspaper published in RussellCounty, or of general circulation therein, that theassessment roll or list has been delivered to the official and is open forinspection in his or her office.(Act 2007–336, p. 597, § 4.)
