05Notice or Proceedings Defects.Any defect in the notice or proceedings before orsubsequent to the notice, with respect to one or more interested persons, shallnot affect the notice or proceedings, except insofar as it may touch theinterest or property of that person or persons,and shall not avail any other personconcerned therein. In the event of a defect, supplementaryproceedings of the same general character,as those prescribed in this part, may be had in order to supply the defect. (Act 2007–336, p. 597, § 6.)
