08Construction Materials and Labor Costs and Expenses.The costs and expenses of materials and labor used in the constructionor improvement of the public improvements, which are assessed by the countycommission against property pursuant to this part, shall be paid to the revenuecommissioner at the time or times as determined by the county commission, andshall be paid by the revenue commissioner into the county treasury.
