47Offender’s Payment.All fees paid to the district attorney by offenders pursuant to thissubpart shall be paid into the District Attorney’s Solicitor Fund. The funds shall be used to pay any costsassociated with the administration of this program or for any other lawfulpurpose of the district attorney’s office including, but not limited to,salaries, rent, vehicles, uniforms, telephones, postage, office supplies andequipment, training and travel costs, service contracts, or professionalservices.
