51Liability During Acceptance or Participation in Pretrial Diversion Program.The district attorney, his or her staff, any treatment provider,monitoring provider, or any other agency or service provider shall not have anyliability, criminal or civil, for the conduct of any offender whileparticipating in the pretrial diversion program or for acceptance of an offenderinto the program.
