20Continued Employment.In Russell County, any law, whether special, local or general, to thecontrary notwithstanding, any person who is employedin the office of judgeof probate prior to the election of any judge of probate and who isrelated by blood or marriage to the judge of probate may continue employment inthat office at the pleasure of the Judge of Probate of Russell County.
