02Candidate Restrictions.A candidate for each place on the board of education shall be at least21 years of age, a resident of the board of education district which he or sheseeks to represent for at least 365 consecutive calendar days immediatelypreceding the deadline date for qualifying as a candidate, and may not be anemployee of the board or have a record of conviction for any crime involvingmoral turpitude.
