§ 45-57a-63-03

03Second Election.If the council-manager form of government is notadopted at the special election so called, the question of adopting the form ofgovernment shall not be resubmitted to the voters of the city for adoptionwithin four years thereafter, and then the question of adopting the form ofgovernment may be resubmitted in the manner above provided.
