§ 45-57a-63-211

If any section or part of section of this part shallbe held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the holding shall notaffect the remainder of this part nor the context in which the section or partof section so held invalid mayappear, except to the extent that an entire section or part of section may beinseparably connected in meaning and effect with the section or part of sectionto which the holding shall directly apply.
