§ 45-57a-63-104

In the budget and budget proposal in parallel columns opposite theseveral items of proposedexpenditures, there shallbe placed the amount of each item in the budget of the current yearand the amount actually expended to the times of preparing the budget proposalplus the expenditures for the remainder of the current fiscal year estimatedas accurately as may be.
