§ 45-57a-63-93

The city manager shall also include in the budgetmessage, or attach thereto, a capital program of proposed capital projects forthe five fiscal years next succeeding the budget year, prepared by the planningboard and city manager together with his or her commentsthereon and any estimates of costs preparedby any office, department, board, or agency.For the use of the planning board and city manager inpreparing the capital program, copies of the departmental estimates of capitalprojects, filed with the city manager pursuant to Section 45–57A–63.81, shallbe filed with the board.
