§ 45-57a-63-126

The city manager may at any time transfer any unencumbered appropriation balance or portion thereofbetween general classifications of expenditures withinan office, department, board, or agency, subject to paragraphs a. to c.,inclusive, of subdivision (2) of Section 45–57A–63.61. At the request of the city manager and within the last threemonths of the budget year,the council may by resolutiontransfer any unencumbered appropriation balance or portion thereof from oneoffice, department, board, or agency, subject to paragraphs a. to c.,inclusive, of subdivision (2) of Section 45–57A–63.61. No transfer shall be made from the appropriations fixed by lawor required by subdivisions (1) to (9), inclusive, of Section 45–57A–63.103.
