§ 45-57a-63-130

All fees received by any officer or employee shallbelong to the city government and shall be paid daily to the department offinance. Any officer or employee whoshall fail to pay such fees to the department of finance on the day the fees are received by him orher shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be dismissedfrom employment.
