§ 45-57a-63-137

In the absence of unappropriated available revenues tomeet emergency appropriations under Section 45–57A–63.136, the council may byresolution authorize the issuance of notes, each of which shall be designatedemergency note and may be renewed from time to time, but all such notes of anyfiscal year and any renewals thereofshall be paid not later than the last day of the fiscal year next succeeding the budget year in whichthe emergency appropriation was made.
