§ 45-57a-63-173

All records, property, and equipment whatsoever of anyoffice, department, or agency or part thereof, all the powers and duties ofwhich are assigned to any other office, department, or agency by this part,shall be transferred and delivered to the office, department, or agency towhich the powers and duties are so assigned. If part of the powersand duties of any office,department, or agency, orpart thereof, are by this part assigned to another office, department, oragency, all records, property, and equipment relating exclusively thereto shall be transferred and delivered to the office,department, or agency to which the powers and duties areso assigned.
