§ 45-57a-63-174

Any office, department, board, or agency provided forin this part with a name or with powers and duties the same or substantiallythe same as those of an office, department, board, or agency heretoforeexisting shall continued to exercise its powers and duties, until otherwiseprovided. Any provision in any law, rule, regulation, contract, grant, or other documentrelating to such aformerly existing office, department, board, or agency, shall, so far as notinconsistent with this part, apply to the office, department, board, or agencyprovided for by this part.
