§ 45-57a-63-176

No action or proceeding, civil or criminal, pending atthe time of the adoption of the council-manager form of government, brought byor against the city of any office, department, board, or agency or officerthereof, shall be affected or abated by the adoption of the council-manager form of government or by anything thereincontained in this part.
