§ 45-57a-64-26

The proceeds from the sale of property at an auctionconducted under the authority of this subpart, after deducting and paying allexpenses incurred in the recovery, storage, maintenance, and sale of property,shall be paid to the office of the Chief of Police of Phenix City.(Act 2011–590, p. 1321, § 7.)
