The city shall adopt the procedures authorized by thissubpart, and shall keep statistical data regarding the effectiveness of photographictraffic signal enforcement systems in reducing traffic-control device violations and intersectional collisions and shall communicate the data on an annual basis to theAlabama Department of Transportation and the Alabama Criminal JusticeInformation Center.(Act 2012–326, p. 758, § 11.)
